DIRECTIONS:

• For body soak: 1/3 to 1/2 cup for a standard tub and 1 to 1 1/4 cup for a large soaker or Whirlpool tub.
• For forearm soak: 1/8 cup per 2 litres of warm water.
• For hand soak: 1tbs per cup of warm water in a small bowl. Increase amount as required for relief.

Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, do not rinse off, just towel dry, as the minerals and essential oils keep working to ease your pain while leaving your skin silky soft.
